1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Cricket Bet platform, creating an account, or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use the platform.

Cricket Bet reserves the right to update or amend these terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically.

2 Eligibility and Age Verification

You must be at least 18 years of age to register and use Cricket Bet. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement. We reserve the right to request age verification documents — including a copy of your CNIC, passport, or other government-issued ID — at any stage of your use of the platform.

Where we reasonably suspect that a user is under 18, we will suspend the account immediately and withhold any funds pending a full review. Any winnings generated by an underage user will be forfeited.

Access to Cricket Bet is restricted to individuals using the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. Use by corporations, syndicates, or automated systems is not permitted.

3 Account Registration

To use Cricket Bet's full range of features — placing bets, making deposits, claiming bonuses — you must create a registered account. When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information. Providing false information, including a false name, date of birth, or contact details, is a breach of these terms and will result in account closure.

Each individual is permitted to hold one account only. If we discover that a user holds multiple accounts — whether under the same name, same device, same IP address, or the same payment method — all associated accounts will be suspended. We will undertake a review before determining whether any balances are returned.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username and password with any other person. Any activity carried out under your account will be treated as authorised by you. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify us immediately at [email protected].

• Accounts registered with temporary or disposable email addresses may be rejected.
• We reserve the right to decline any registration without giving a reason.
• You must keep your registered details up to date at all times.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on Cricket Bet are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). We support deposits and withdrawals via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit/credit cards, and mobile wallets. Available payment methods may vary and are subject to change at any time.

Deposits are generally credited to your account promptly following payment processor confirmation. Cricket Bet does not accept third-party deposits — the payment method used for depositing must be registered in your own name. Any deposits received from third-party sources will be returned and the account may be suspended pending review.

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same method used for depositing wherever possible. Cricket Bet reserves the right to apply verification checks before processing withdrawals. 5 Betting Rules

All bets placed on Cricket Bet are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport and market type. By placing a bet, you accept those rules in addition to these general terms. Cricket Bet reserves the right to void any bet in circumstances including, but not limited to, the following:

• Obvious pricing errors where odds were clearly displayed incorrectly.
• Incomplete events where the result cannot be determined under the applicable rules.
• Evidence of match manipulation or corrupt activity involving the relevant event.
• Technical errors that resulted in a bet being accepted when it should not have been.

Once a bet is confirmed and a bet slip reference number is issued, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the user. It is your responsibility to check your bet slip carefully before confirming. Cricket Bet is not liable for bets placed in error by the user.

Maximum stake and maximum payout limits apply to all markets and may vary by sport, competition, and market type. For cricket markets — including PSL, T20 internationals, and bilateral series — limits may differ from those applied to football, esports, or other sports. Specific limits are displayed within each market.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

Cricket Bet offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, odds boosts, and seasonal promotions — particularly around PSL fixtures, T20 series, and major international cricket events. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion, which must be read before claiming any offer.

General bonus terms that apply across all promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Bonuses are available to one account per household, per device, and per IP address.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• Bonuses have an expiry date. Any unused bonus or associated winnings will be forfeited upon expiry.
• Cricket Bet reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time.
• Attempting to abuse bonus terms — including placing offsetting bets to guarantee a profit — constitutes bonus abuse and will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash directly.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Cricket Bet. Engaging in any of these actions will result in account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of funds:

• Fraud: Using stolen payment details, engaging in chargebacks after receiving winnings, or any other form of financial fraud.
• Bonus Abuse: Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once, using arbitrage strategies to exploit bonus terms, or coordinating with other users to abuse offers.
• Automated Software: Using bots, scripts, or any automated system to place bets, monitor odds, or interact with the platform in a non-human manner.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other users in a way that manipulates the outcome or profitability of bets, including in peer-to-peer bet formats.
• Exploitation of Errors: Knowingly taking advantage of technical errors, mispriced odds, or system glitches to place bets at incorrect prices.
• Money Laundering: Using Cricket Bet to process, clean, or transfer illegally obtained funds in any form.

Cricket Bet cooperates fully with any legitimate investigation by relevant authorities. Accounts suspected of fraudulent or criminal activity may be frozen immediately, with funds withheld pending investigation outcome.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the Cricket Bet platform — including but not limited to logos, graphics, text, software, data, odds compilations, and page layouts — is the intellectual property of Cricket Bet or its licensors. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Cricket Bet content without prior written permission.

The Cricket Bet name, logo, and brand elements are protected and may not be used in any context that suggests affiliation, endorsement, or sponsorship without explicit authorisation.

9 Limitation of Liability

Cricket Bet provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure the platform is reliable and available, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance and unforeseen technical issues may cause temporary unavailability.

Cricket Bet will not be liable for any loss or damage — whether direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential — arising from:

• Platform downtime, technical errors, or data loss not caused by our negligence.
• Incorrect information provided by a user during registration or during a transaction.
• Losses arising from a user's own betting decisions.
• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers such as JazzCash or Easypaisa.
• Force majeure events including natural disasters, power outages, government actions, or network failures.

10 Responsible Gaming

Cricket Bet believes that betting should be an enjoyable form of entertainment — not a source of financial stress or harm. 11 Privacy and Data

12 Account Closure and Termination

You may close your Cricket Bet account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Upon receiving a closure request, we will process any eligible remaining balance to your registered payment method after completing any outstanding verification checks.

Cricket Bet reserves the right to close or suspend any account at its sole discretion, including where:

• There is reasonable suspicion of fraud, collusion, or prohibited conduct.
• The account holder is found to be underage.
• The account has been inactive for an extended period in line with our dormancy policy.
• We are required to do so for legal or regulatory compliance reasons.

Where an account is closed for breach of these terms, any balances may be forfeited depending on the nature of the breach. Cricket Bet will provide notification of closure and the reason where it is lawful and practical to do so.

13 Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute arising from your use of Cricket Bet, we encourage you to contact our support team in the first instance — the majority of issues can be resolved quickly and without formal proceedings.

14 Amendments to These Terms

Your continued use of Cricket Bet after any revision has been published on this page constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. If you disagree with a change, your option is to close your account as described in Section 12 above.
