Account & Registration
Click the Register button in the top navigation bar or visit cricketbet.vu/register. Fill in your mobile number, set a password, and complete the quick verification step. The whole process takes under two minutes. You must be 18 or older to register.
You need a valid Pakistani mobile number, an email address, and a password you choose yourself. During verification you may be asked to confirm your identity via a one-time code sent to your mobile number. Keep your registered details accurate — they are used to process withdrawals and verify your account.
No. Each player is permitted one account only. Duplicate accounts are against the Terms and Conditions and may result in all accounts being suspended and any pending withdrawals being voided. If you have trouble accessing your existing account, use the password recovery option or contact support.
Go to the Login page and click the password recovery link. Enter your registered mobile number or email and you will receive an OTP or reset link. Follow the steps in that message to set a new password. If you do not receive the message within a few minutes, check your spam folder or contact [email protected].
After logging in, go to your Account Security settings and enable two-factor authentication (2FA). Once active, a one-time code is sent to your registered Pakistani mobile number each time a new device or browser logs in. It is strongly recommended for all accounts to prevent unauthorised access.
Contact support at [email protected] with your account details and the reason for the update. For security purposes, changing core contact information requires identity verification before the update is processed. Do not share your password with anyone, including support staff.
Deposits & Payment Methods
Cricket Bet supports JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, Bank Transfer (IBFT), debit cards, and mobile wallets. All transactions are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) with no currency conversion fees. Visit the Deposit page after login for the current full list of available methods.
The minimum deposit is PKR 500. There is no maximum limit set at the platform level, though individual payment providers such as JazzCash and Easypaisa may apply their own daily transaction limits based on your account tier with them.
JazzCash, Easypaisa, and Raast deposits are typically credited instantly or within a few seconds. Bank transfer (IBFT) deposits may take a few minutes to several hours depending on your bank's processing speed. If your deposit has not reflected after 30 minutes, contact support with the transaction reference number.
Cricket Bet does not charge any fees on deposits. However, your payment provider — whether JazzCash, Easypaisa, or your bank — may charge a small transaction fee on their end depending on your account type. Check with your payment provider if you are unsure about their charges.
No. All deposits must come from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted under the Terms and Conditions and may result in account suspension. Withdrawals are always returned to the same payment method used for the deposit.

Withdrawals
Log in to your account and go to the Withdrawal section in your account dashboard. Select your preferred method, enter the amount in PKR, and confirm. Withdrawals are processed back to the same payment method you used to deposit. Make sure your account is fully verified before requesting a withdrawal to avoid delays.
JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically processed within a few hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three business days depending on your bank. Raast transfers are generally fast once initiated from the platform side. VIP members at higher tiers receive priority withdrawal processing.
The minimum withdrawal amount is PKR 1,000. If you have a mix of real-money balance and bonus balance, only the real-money portion that has cleared its wagering requirements is available for withdrawal. Your account dashboard shows the exact withdrawable amount at all times.
Withdrawals may be held if your account identity verification is incomplete, if there are outstanding wagering requirements on bonus funds, or if the system flags the transaction for a routine security review. If your withdrawal has been pending longer than expected, contact [email protected] with your transaction reference and the team will investigate promptly.
If your withdrawal is still in a pending state and has not yet been processed, you may be able to cancel it from your account dashboard and return the funds to your betting balance. Once a withdrawal has been approved and sent to your payment provider, it cannot be reversed. Contact support as quickly as possible if you need to cancel a pending request.
Bonuses & Promotions

Wagering requirements (also called rollover) mean you need to place a certain amount in bets before bonus funds can be converted to withdrawable cash. For example, a 10x wagering requirement on a PKR 1,000 bonus means you need to place PKR 10,000 in qualifying bets before that bonus becomes withdrawable. Each promotion page specifies the exact rollover attached to that offer.
First check that your deposit met the minimum qualifying amount for the offer and that you opted in (if opt-in was required). Allow up to 15 minutes after a successful deposit for the bonus to appear in your account. If it still has not credited, email [email protected] with your deposit reference and the name of the promotion — the team will check and apply it manually if eligible.

No. Bonus funds must complete their wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal. Your account dashboard shows two separate balances — real money (withdrawable) and bonus balance (subject to wagering). Only the real-money balance can be withdrawn at any time, provided the minimum withdrawal amount is met.

Sports Betting & Cricket
Cricket is the main focus — PSL, T20 internationals, Test matches, and bilateral series. Football and Esports are also available. The Sports page shows the full list of currently available markets and upcoming fixtures. During live matches, in-play markets update continuously so you can bet on the game as it unfolds.
Cricket Bet offers a wide range of markets including match winner, toss winner, top batsman, top bowler, total runs in an over, method of dismissal, first wicket partnership totals, and more. PSL matches typically carry the widest selection of markets. Some ball-by-ball live markets are only available during the match itself.
If a match is abandoned before a result is determined under the relevant competition's rules, most pre-match bets are voided and stakes are returned to your account. Live in-play bets already settled on completed events within the match remain as settled. The specific settlement rules for each market are listed in the Terms and Conditions.
Yes. Accumulator (multi-bet) options are available on the betslip when you select multiple events. All legs must win for the accumulator to pay out. Some promotions include accumulator insurance — meaning if one leg lets you down, you get a free bet refund. Check the Promotions page for any active accumulator offers.
Cricket Bet displays odds in decimal format by default, which is the most straightforward for calculating potential returns — simply multiply your stake by the decimal odds to get total return including your original stake. Account settings allow you to switch the odds display format if preferred.
The minimum single bet is PKR 100. Maximum bet limits vary by market and event — higher-profile PSL matches and internationals typically carry higher limits. If you want to place a larger bet and are unsure of the limit on a specific market, the betslip will indicate the maximum stake allowed for that selection.
Responsible Gaming
Cricket Bet provides deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options. These tools are all available from your account settings. Setting a weekly deposit limit, for example, means the system will not allow deposits above that amount in any given week — it is a firm cap, not just a warning. You must be 18 years of age or older to register and use Cricket Bet. This age requirement applies to all features of the platform including sports betting, slots, fish games, and live casino. If there is any doubt about a player's age, the account may be suspended pending verification.
Log in and go to Account Settings, then select Responsible Gaming. You can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits in PKR. Limits take effect immediately. Self-exclusion permanently closes your account for a minimum period you select. Once activated, you cannot log in, deposit, or bet for the duration of the exclusion. We take this seriously — self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
